MANUFACTURING
The SALILLARI ltd manufactures a wide variety of asphalts and concrete. The concrete varieties vary from grade 150 to 600 and is manufactured per demand. The daily manufacturing output is approximately 450 m3. The concrete factory has a maximum production capacity of 120m m3/hour. The manufactured asphalt includes conglomerate, binder, pavement, and mixer. The maximum factory output for asphalt is 120 tons/hour. The asphalt factory has a maximum production capacity of 120 ton/hour. Asphalt is manufactured in irregular time intervals, depending on the road paving stages and various projects.
METAL CONSTRUCTION PANELS DEPARTMENT
This department manufactures metal construction panels using state-of-the-art metal processing methods and machinery. The product range is extensive. It includes lightweight and heavy-duty construction panels.
Cutting processes are completed using contemporary machinery. Some of the cutting machinery used includes Plasma Bevel CNC, Plasma Tub CNC, Laser CNC, etc.
ROAD SIGNS AND SAFETY DEPARTMENT
The Road Signs and Safety Department is one of the departments using the most recent technology in the field. Its main processes:
- Manufactures vertical road sign elements;
- Installs vertical road signs using special equipment and qualified staff;
- Installs horizontal road signs using special equipment and qualified staff;
- Installs road metal guard rails using special equipment and qualified staff.
