In the framework of the Municipality of Tirana program for the reconstruction of buildings damaged by the 26 November 2019 earthquake, the “Salillari” Sh.p.k. Company qualified and won the competition for the construction of the 15A/3 building in the 5 Maj area in Tirana, with a total surface area of 11,457.5 m2. The building will offer a total of 61 apartments, of which 17 are 1+1 (one bedroom apartments), 29 are 2+1 (two bedroom apartments) and 15 are 3+1 (three bedroom apartments.
Works have progressed quickly and in line with the schedule defined by the Municipality of Tirana. To date, the construction has been completed and the apartments have been handed over to the residents in two sections, which are accessible from two separate entrances and relevant elevators.
The residences were handed over on 31 December 2021 by Prime Minister, Edi RAMA.
